February 2014 Luncheon

Natasha Phillipson will be our speaker at the Achievers’ luncheon on February 27, 2014.

Life is a Journey....Enjoy the Adventure

Her story begins as a fun loving energetic soul, born on May 9, 1973 in Regina, Sk. Both her mother and father were young teenagers, and as such placed their baby, named Carla Rae, up for adoption.

In the fall of 1973, Carla was adopted, and was given the new name, Natasha Michelle, and from those months on to her late teens, would grow up living across Canada, as an only child, in an unconventional somewhat chaotic home.

Following Grade 12, Natasha attend University of Saskatchewan, attaining her BScN. She worked in a vast array of jobs and volunteer work from clinics to prison systems, from hospitals to children’s oncology camps. Her short nursing career taught many amazing life lessons.

Natasha married her high school sweetheart, Ryan, and together they have 4 precious children aged 8-18. Braden, Riley, Kyle and Rena.

Currently Natasha is a professional stay at home MOM with a growing list of hobbies from photography to fitness, from travel to handbell ringing, volunteer work and more....... each day is really a gift.

From as far back as she can remember, she was in constant search for genuine, meaningful connections with other people and connection with the world. The search for the balance of a physical, emotional, and spiritual life. She has found some of these connections, in many unlikely places.

Everyone has a story, and she is excited to share her personal journey with each of you.

~Do not pray for an easy life: pray to be a strong person so that you may shine with love & laughter, and fully live, the life you were meant to live~
